This is John's baby -- a 1972 Mustang convertible. His aim is complete restoration, inside and out. It's the vehicle of choice for cruising along the water on a warm summer evening.

John bought the Mustang from this gentleman, Rick, in North Carolina. He rented a trailer for towing it back to New Hampshire.

When John bought the car, it had a 351 Cleveland engine installed, not the original 302 (which Rick had saved). Here, John and Nick work on the 302.

We took the 302 to R&L Engines in Dover, NH, to have it rebuilt. These guys did a great job.

With the help of some family members, the rebuilt engine is installed into the Mustang.
